He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Devine and Janie Devine (Sears). He is survived by: his son Danny (Tracey); his granddaughter Kennedy; and his brothers, Louis, Wayne (Leona-Mae), William (Jennifer) and Stanley (Cheryl Ann).
