She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva Cross (Cohoon) and Harry Cross; her grandson Scott Mitchell; her niece Karla Colp (Weagle); and her daughter-in-law Vanessa Mitchell (Wilson).
She is survived by: her children, Greg Mitchell (Melissa), Blair Mitchell (Laura), Nicole Mitchell (Brian) and Amanda Mitchell (Jason); her siblings, Glenn Cross (Judy) and Eleanor Cluett (Cross); and her friend Jimmie Newell. She is also survived by her family and friends.
