He is survived by: his father Dale Levy; his fiancée Samantha Gertridge; his stepdaughter Brittany Gertridge; his daughter Everleigh Cuthill; his grandmother Marguerite Levy; his aunts and uncles, Carol, Cheryl, David (Buffy), Paul (Marla) and Dennis (Denise); his mother Patricia Cuthill; his sisters, Semantha and Elizabeth; his parents-in-law, Darren and Tina; and his sisters-in-law, Morgan and Amber Gertridge. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends.
