It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jane Briand (Arichat, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 12, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent James Shannon; her husband Charles Briand; her son Kevin Briand; her daughter-in-law Christina Briand; and her siblings, Harold Shannon, Leonard Shannon and Caretha MacDonald.
She is survived by: her parent Sophie Irene Shannon (Forgeon).
