He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles DeCoste and Mary DeCoste (Mombourquette); his wife Mary Emillia (Gaudet); his son Joseph Napoleon; and his siblings, Xyste, Freddie, Albert, Joe, Barbara Brown, Jeanette Larsen and Mary Louise Pertus.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Diane), Ronnie, Blanch Smith, Petit of Grat and Barbara George. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
