He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mombourquette and Mae Mombourquette (Ferguson); and his brothers, Willard and Wayne. He is survived by: his significant other Bernadette Sampson; his siblings, John Allister (Nancy), Graham (Colleen), Ricky (Lottie), Allan (Cindy), Ronnie (Krista), Linda, Rose (Teddy), Anita (Wilfred), Krista (Louie) and Heather (Kelvin); his extended family, Sheldon, Joey and Krista Lynn Sampson; and his close friend Loretta Otoole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
