He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Gaudet and Gladys Gaudet (George); his wife Joyce Lorraine DeRoach; his children, Sheila Hill (Billy), Lisa McNamara (Mike), Port Hawkesbury and John (Della); his stepchildren, Sharon Dort (Jerry), Arichat, Sheldon DeRoach (Gwenn), Dartmouth, Shawn DeRoach (Yamile) and Columbia; his grandchildren, Farrah, Willow, Savannah, Jordan, Madison, Garrison and Ainslee; his stepgrandchildren, Paul, Kelly, Abbey, Cody, Ryan, MacKalen and Chelsea; his great grandchildren, Amarachi, Chiamaka, Charlotte, Sophie and Corbin; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Samantha, Cassandra, Mia and William; his brother Godfrey (Mathilda); and his brother-in-law Donald Bellefontaine.
