Harold Joseph Paon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Joseph Paon (Arichat, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Patrick Paon and Elizabeth Marie Paon (Young); his brother Alfred; and his siblings-in-law, Wallie Fougere (Doris), Exie Poirier (Teddy) and Helen Pettipas (Stan).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Fougere); his daughters, Michelle, Leanne and Lisa (Tim Bryan); his grandson Cullen Paon-Bryan; his sister-in-law Marie Paon; his pets, Casey and Tigger; and his sister Catherine MacGillivray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral mass and celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, St. Martha's Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, or a charity of your choice.
