We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, at the age of 81, Claire Marie MacInnis (Arichat, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Claire Marie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Claire Marie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Claire Marie leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Duyon and Lillian Duyon; her former husband Arthur MacInnis; and her siblings, Emily Keirstead (Rodrick), Nicolas and Donald Duyon.

She is survived by: her daughter Angele Boudreau (Andrew); her grandson Vaughn Boudreau; and her sister Pearl Landry (Leonard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
