She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Keating and Elma Keating (Latimer); her husband Dan Sampson; and her siblings, James Keating (late Peggy Bourque), Bill Keating (late Dee), Rudolph Keating (late Marjorie), Gus Keating (Juliette), Kay Gillis (late Leonard), Joan Gerroir (late Ambrose) and Mary McGrath (Mort).
She is survived by: her children, Lian Parsons (Todd), Ross Sampson (Ramonda), Aaron Sampson and Dalton Sampson; her grandchildren, Kayla Carroll, Savannah Burke, Daniel Sampson, Derrick Sampson, Bennett Parsons and Lindan Parsons; her great grandchildren, Kendrick Duguid, Ivy Duguid and Arthur Sampson; her brother George Keating (Rocky Bay); and her brother-in-law Mort McGrath. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia, the Strait Richmond Hospital, or the Richmond Villa.
