William Xavier Gillis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Xavier Gillis (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Duncan and Anne Gillis (MacDonell); and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his siblings, John Hugh (Lorelle), Gasperaux Lake, Calum, Purl Brook, Tommy (Tracy), Saltsprings, Mary MacDonald (Andy), Katy (Frank), Sarah Gillis (Joe MacLean), Ohio, Margaret MacKenzie (Stephen) and Lois Gillis (Tim Leigme). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home Foundation.
