She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Matthews and Agnes Matthews (Jeddore); and her sisters, Mary Wrobel, Janet Matthews, Mary Elizabeth Berube, Martha Matthews and Catherine Stevens.

She is survived by: her sister Agnes Michael. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Sr. Veronica's contributions to Health Care are immeasurable.
