She was predeceased by: her parents, William Quirk and Mary Quirk (MacDonald); her husband Daniel William; her son William Gerard (Janice); and her foster son Ron Redmond.
She is survived by: her child Donnie (Marilyn); her grandson Michael (Tracey); her daughter Mary Catherine Lyle (Ken); her grandchildren, Charmaine, Terrance, Kim, Lisa and Lee Ann; her daughter Georgina Murphy (Greg); her grandsons, Garrett (Monica) and Gerald (Keri); her son Jerome (Janet); her grandchildren, Cheryl Anne, David and Lewis; her daughters, Margie and Alberta; her grandchildren, Beth (Justin), Daniel, Toshia Lee (Brad) and Amber; her foster son Greg Albert; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Stuart, Cora, Casey, Gavin and Averie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Church - St. Andrews.
