She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Michael and Catherine MacNeil (Boyd); her husband Francis; her daughter Monica; her siblings, Margaret Mattie (Joe), Rose MacPherson (Allan), Catherine Young (Hugh), Michael MacNeil (Sadie) and A. J. MacNeil; and her brothers-in-law, Robert MacDonald (Helen), Joseph MacDonald (Mabel), Gerald MacDonald (Mary) and Reginald MacDonald.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Long (Jimmie); her grandchildren, Michael (Joel), Shelley (Jeremy), James, Shawn and Eric; and her great grandchildren, Ada and Finn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
