Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Shirley leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her sibling Saint Martha of Antigonish; her parents, Nathaniel Bruce and Mary Bruce (MacKenzie); and her sisters, Margaret Bartlett and Naomi Savoni.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Natalie, Court, B. C. Upon and Verna Burke; and her extended family Shirley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the St. Martha Chapel, Parkland Antigonish.
