He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cook and Ruth Cook (Whitman); his sister Margaret "Peggy" Todd; and his sister-in-law Paula Breen. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie (Breen); his children, Melissa, Dartmouth and Megan Murphy (Chas); his grandsons, Xavier and Beau; his siblings, Scott Cook (Linda), Roachvale, Mona Smith-Pike (Doug), Truro, Jo-Ann MacDonald (John) and Ardness; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Todd (Doris Cassidy), Brule and Frankville.
