He was predeceased by: his father Joseph T. DeYoung; his brother Wayne; and his nephew Jeremy. He is survived by: his mother Annie DeYoung (Delorey); and his siblings, Brenda Bowman Pomquet (Jackie), Bernadette Bowman (Merland), Linda Currie (Pomquet), Margaret Ann DeCoste (Eddie), Annette Machielsen (Martin), Shirley Baker (St Andrews), Vicki DeYoung (Keppoch), Donelda Schorch (Germany), Thomas, Greg (Kai-Lee), Leonard (Cathy), Tracadie, Glen (Kristen) and Paul. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
