In the vast expanse of eternity, Philip Earl shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Philip Earl farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Williams; and his brother Robert Williams. He is survived by: his children, Paul Williams (Krista), Nicole Williams (Florindo Marques) and Shannon Williams (Drew Chambers); his grandchildren, Eric, Alisha Williams, Madison, Taylor Smith, Alexander and Christopher Chambers; and his brother Barry Williams.
