He is survived by: his daughter Abrianna Melanson of Heatherton; his mother Peggy MacPherson of Antigonish; his sister Darlene Myette (Jeffrey) of Antigonish; his nieces, Jakalee and Jyleah; and his daughter Heather MacGillivray.
