It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam Hope Smith (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on February 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Smith and Anna Smith (Drew); her husband Stillman; and her sister Betty. She is survived by: her children, Dan (Maria), Stephen (Kathy), Mary Lou (Andy), Anne (Guy), Susan (Veso) and Drew (Tracy); her grandchildren, Michael (Brianna), Suzanne (Patricio), Adam, Patrick, Meghan, Peter, Lauren, Matthew and Megan; her great grandchildren, Emiliano and Emma; and her brother Barry (Betty).
