He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick MacLeod and Veronica MacLeod (MacNeil); his wife Tena; and his children, Veronica and Allan.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Wendy), Kathy and Dawn (Jamie) of Denver, NS; his grandchildren, Brandon, River, Annabel, Holly, Aaron, Leah, Breanna and Samantha; and his half-brother Joe Gilmet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
