She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda DeCoste and Walter DeCoste; her husband John; her daughter Elizabeth Dianne; and her brothers, Leonard and Norman DeCoste.

She is survived by: her children, Paul (Josie), Lloyd (Jane), Brian (Diane), Gary, Wally (Mary), Peter (Eileen), David (Estrella), Shawn (Elaine), Dianne Kupczyk (Lou), Marilyn Purdy (Phil) and Michelle Melong; and her grandchildren, Jocelyne, Jean-Paul, Rene, Monique, Genevieve, Elise, Siobhan, Maurice, John Julian, Celeste, Nathaniel, Jonathan, Shannon, Chauntelle, Caleb, Keigan, Janique, Shaylene and Ethan.

Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions and the ongoing pandemic, the visitation and funeral services on Friday, December 31, 2021 will be limited to the immediate family only.
