She was predeceased by: her parent Agnes (Campbell); her daughter Donna; her brother Angus; and her stepfather James Bray. She is survived by: her spouse Wilfred Bowie; her children, Harold of South River, Dorothy (Basil Ludlow), Pleasant Valley, Linda (John Gabriel), Fitchburg Mass, Antigonish, Carol of Charlottetown, Kenny, South Side Harbour, Wilfred (Sonya), Afton, George of Calgary Alta, Edward of Dunmore, Richard and Bayfield; her siblings, Teresa "Terry" Heslop of Charlotte, NC and Rod Bay (Pat); her sister-in-law Pat MacPherson; and also, The Barber and Thunder Bay.
Donations in memory may be made to the Antigonish Food Bank or St. Mary's Cemetery, Heatherton.
