He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Landry and Margaret Landry (Fraser); his stepmother Hopie Landry; his granddaughter Jancey; his siblings, Bill, Malkie, Kenna, Hugh, Charles, Rosemary, Dadie, Peggy and Eileen; and also, Sonny, Roddie, Annie Laurie and Billy.

He is survived by: his wife Bernadette (MacDougall); his children, Bill (Sarita Macquarrie), Reg (Trish Proctor), Audrey (Aville Arsenault), Bernadette, Lorna (Mike MacIntosh) and Carol Anne (Dan Chisholm); his grandchildren, John, Steven, Nicole (Will), Sarah, Maria, Holly (Zach), Curran, Shane, Rachelle, Quinn, Malcolm, James and Robyn; his siblings, June Pedde and Francis (Joan) of Halifax; and his sisters-in-law, Mary MacDougall and Martha Landry.
