It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Morrison Rogers (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Rogers and Marion (Mills) of Heatherton; and his siblings, Danny Rogers and Patricia Rogers. He is survived by: his son Corey Rogers of Edmonton, Alberta.; his sisters, Carole LeBlanc (late Gerald) and Marilyn Lynch (Michael); his sister-in-law Geraldine; and his nieces and nephews, Rosalyn Dunn (Danny), Rebecca Lloy (Bruce), Erin Lynch, Correen Lynch, Blaise Rogers (Tara), Dwayne Rogers (Tanya) and Jumby.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Martha's Hospital Palliative Care Unit, a local music program of your choice, or a charity of your choice.
