He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alexander and Mary Anna Cameron (MacDonald). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" (Shaw); his children, Colleen Richard (Sandy), Charlos Cove, John Cameron, Florence Sponagle (Kyle), Guysborough Intervale and Jacob Cameron (Ashleigh); his grandsons, Lucas and Alexander; and his siblings, Donald (Donna), Isabel Chisholm (Archie), Guysborough Intervale, Mary Williams (Stephen), Deborah Cameron and Catherine Mae (Ed Kehoe). He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
