He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Myette and Virginia Myette (Clyde); his siblings, Kevin and Jennifer; his brother-in-law Derrick Melanson; and his aunt Mabel Anker.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Melanson); his daughters, Jakalee of Antigonish and Jyleah (Connor) of Antigonish; his sisters, Virginia Grieve (Gordon), Oshawa Ont, Maureen DeCoste (John) and Lorraine Boucher; his sister-in-law Debbie Myette; his mother-in-law Peggy MacPherson; and his goddaughter Tanya DeCoste. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
