He was loved and cherished by many people including: his niece Shelly Juurlink; his cousin Kerry Ann McCarron; his nephew Jeff Sylvester; his cousin Dianne Mills; his nephews, Mark Juurlink, David Cusack and Bryan Murphy; his cousins, Donald MacDonald and Gerard Gillis (Hugh John Chisholm); his parents, Joseph and Joe; his son Ryan; his former wife Mary Smith (Bekkers) of Clydesdale; and his sisters, Mary Murphy (John) of Clydesdale, Claire Juurlink (Alphonse) and Anne Cusack. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives.

Memorial donations may be made to the Riverview Adult Residential Center or a charity of choice.
