He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh and Sadie (Duggan); and his sister Donna Jean. He is survived by: his wife Marie Delorey (Carter); his children, Robin (Peter), Steven (Trudy) and Michael (Robyn); his grandchildren, Keats, Brooke, Sadie, Thea and Hailey; and his siblings, Henry, Monica, Fonce, Mary, Bernie, Colleen and Joanne.
In lieu of flowers, and with great gratitude, his family ask that donations in Jim's memory may please be made to the Antigonish Food Bank or St. Vincent de Paul Society.
