She was predeceased by: her parents, Johannes Dekkers and Catharina Bekkers; her husband Henry Albert Juurlink; her son John Juurlink; her great grandchild Seth Murphy; and her siblings, Theo Dekkers, Maria Kroon, Martina van Genugten, Petra Vermeltfoort, Doortje Dekkers and Annie VanExel.
She is survived by: her children, Alphonse (Claire), Francis (Bayfield), Catherine (Ottawa), Gary (Lerma), Mary Ann, Dorothy (Teasdale) and Albert (Wendy); and her daughter-in-law Linda. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Donations in Rita's memory may be made to the Victoria Order of Nurses or St. Martha's Regional Hospital Foundation.
