He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel MacIntosh and Inez MacIntosh (Cooke); his wife Catherine MacIntosh (Croft); and his siblings, Sonny, Robert, John, Allen, Clarence, Lillian, Edith and Norma.
He is survived by: his children, Donald (Brenda Ryan) and Sherri-Lee Gentle (Dennis); his grandchildren, Emily, James and William; and his siblings, Barb Cross and Danny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to, the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one's choice.
