Florence Sarah Collins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Sarah Collins of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alex and Margaret MacGillivray (Blackburn); her siblings, Johnnie, Hugh, Frank, Cyril, Angus, Colin, Vincent, Doug, Gerald, Wayne and Mary; and her siblings-in-law, Janice, Bernadette, Annette, Rita MacGillivray and Charles Knocton.
She is survived by: her husband Donald; her siblings, Allan (Debbie), Leo (Donalda), Tony, Kenneth (Kim), Phillip (Joan) and Kathleen; and her sisters-in-law, Bobbi, Florence and Jean. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the MacIsaac Funeral Home (61 Pleasant St, Antigonish, NS B2G1W7). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret of Scotland Church (5547 Hwy 245, Arisaig, Nova Scotia).
