With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Mary Alice Kelly (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on July 3, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hall and Eva Hall (Marr); her husband Bernard Kelly; her siblings, John, James, Charles, Parker Hall, Gertrude David, Elizabeth Connolly (Bessie) and Margaret; and her siblings-in-law, Reva Hall, Jack, Joe Kelly, Alphonse David and John Connolly.

She is survived by: her children, MaryAnne MacGillivray (Don), Colleen MacNeil (Blaise), Gerard (Martha), Roman Valley, Marie Burden (Tim), Cole Harbour, Ernie, Jim Puslinch (Alison), Monica McNamara (Tim) and Spryfield; her sister Karen (Bedford); her grandchildren, Mikaela, Kaitlyn (Mario), Kelly-Anne, Emily (Eric), Nicole, Erin, Breanne (Darrell), Kate (Kevin), Sarah, Jennifer (Ryan), Megan, Colin (Emma), Emma, Danny (Jean Marie), Patrick (Emily) and Corey (Megan); her great grandchildren, Eva, James, Iona and Hank; and her sister-in-law Dede Kelly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Florence may be made to St. Patrick's Parish Building Fund or the Palliative Care Unit of St. Martha's Regional Hospital.
