He was predeceased by: his son Craig; and his siblings, Donna, Gerard, Noreen and Margie.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen (Chisholm); his sons, Donnie and Steven; his granddaughter Olive Rose MacDonald; and his siblings, Beverly MacLean (Reg), Gloria Greene, Joan Woodside (Barry), Brenda Evely (George), Mary Soch (Bryan), Alberta, Kenny (Clare), Cindy (Mark Fekete), Heather Nowlan (Peter), Bedford, Suzanne, David (Cate) and Dawn Michelle (Mark Cove). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ninian Cathedral (121 St Ninian St, Antigonish, NS B2G2L8).
In Memoriam, donations may be made to Arras Branch 59, Royal Canadian Legion or the Canadian Cancer Society.
