She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Laurier and Bridget Cathleen Gallant (MacDonald); her husband Alexander Joseph MacAdam; and her siblings, Eldie Gallant, Thoryl Gallant (Laura), Shirley Gallant, Marianita MacNeil (Fred), Mary Agnes "Nadie" Cooke (William) and Mary Remegius "Megie" Botte (Camille).
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Edmonton), Kevin (late Nancy), Brenda Chisholm (Bernie), Patsy MacIsaac (Mike), Greg (Halifax), Nancy Dunphy (Rob), Donna Richardson (Paul), David (Halifax) and Audrey Strathdee (Jamie); and her sisters, Irene Roach (late Leo) and Marie MacKenzie (Mickey).
