We bid farewell to Ernest Lewis Ehler (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 22, 2025 at the age of 86. Ernest Lewis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ehler and Nettie Ehler (Myers); his son-in-law Randy Duplak; and his brothers, Charlie, Roy, Thomas, Clarence and Cecil.

He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Thane (Bayfield), Rob (Mark Gronsdahl) of Vancouver, BC, Wanda Richard (Alfred) and Queensland (Cape Breton); his grandchildren, Dawson Richards and Afton; his child Lacy Hallett (Richard) of Carstairs, AB; his great grandchildren, Jack and Ruby Hallett; and his sister Ida Fitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
