She was predeceased by: her parents, George Angus and Martha Mary Fitzgerald (Daisley); her brother Hymie Fitzgerald; her grandson Bernie MacPherson; and her aunt Lucy Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard "Bernie"; her daughters, Cindy MacPherson (John) of Antigonish, Cathy Ferguson (John) of Antigonish, Daphne Deveau (Bernard) of Antigonish and Kim Timmons (Bennett) of Antigonish; her grandchildren, Chevaunne, Jonathan, Ashley, Joshua and Jerrica; her great grandchildren, Austin, Colby, Jade, Taylor, Matthew, Sadie, Nakhil, Shiloh, Jonangus, Josephine, Jayla and Julia; her aunt Emma Godreau; and her cousin Billy Fitzgerald.
