He is survived by: his parents, David Bowie and Tracy DeCoste; his siblings, Austin and Emma; and his grandparents, Raymond, Carol DeCoste, John and Debbie Bowie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private family celebration of life will be held Saturday at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Nova Scotia Rehabilitation Centre (QEII Foundation) or the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia.
