It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas St. Clair Mansfield in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby (Roy Mansfield) and Roy. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, James, Leisa (Tim), Geoff (Heather), Fred (Rachael) and Matthew (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Dakota, Jacob, Lucas, Xander, Anna and Zoe; his siblings, Roger, Ronald, Frankie, Robert, Raymond, Edward, Carolyn and Margaret; his sister-in-law Helen; his niece Johanna (Kenton); and his caregiver Antigonish. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Doug, may be made to the to the Palliative Care Unit of St. Martha's Regional Hospital or VON Antigonish.
