With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Allan Stewart (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Stewart (MacDonald) and Roy Stewart; and his sister Marguerite Bethune. He is survived by: his friend Doug; his sister Joan; his half-brothers, Dennis (Cindy) and Darryl; his brother-in-law Lloyd Bethune; his nephews, Wayne (Jennifer), Clydesdale, Mark (Chantel), Pomquet, Brent (Susan) and Lochaber; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lily, Reaghan, Rowen, Duncan and Luke.
Donations in Doug's memory may be made to The Palliative Care Unit of St Martha's Regional Hospital or St James United Church, Antigonish.
