She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack MacGillivray and Margaret "Bibby" MacGillivray (Wilmot); and her siblings, Ronald, Charlie Joe, Mary and Anna Claire Shand.
She is survived by: her brother Angus MacGillivray; her sisters-in-law, Helen and Jean MacGillivray; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Moeller (Frank) of Wilmington, NC, Carol Anne Campbell (late Les) of Stephenville, NL, Sheila Shand Webster (Scott) of Chicago, IL, Ann Peet (Rob) of Edmonton, AB, Catty Nault (Steve) of Kanata, ON, Ronald, Andrew (Karen), Richard (Lorraine) of Riverview, NB and Jay of Toronto, ON..
