He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Robbie and Margie Linkletter; his brother-in-law Jimmy Snow; his grandparents, Allan, Mary DeGruchy, William and Lillian DeCoste; his uncles, Alexander, Edward, Peter DeGruchy and Carl A. Decoste; and his aunt Mary Theresa DeCoste.

He is survived by: his son Logan; his wife Leanne (Linkletter); his parents, Billy DeGruchy and Madeleine DeGruchy (DeCoste); his siblings, Sheila Germany (Tahira) and Dean Frankville (Catherine); his nephews, Jacob (Taylor) and Luke (Lauren); his aunt Darlene DeCoste; his uncle Pat DeCoste (Marie); his cousins, Chrystal DeCoste (Ottawa), Miriam and Eldora DeGruchy; his godparents, Andrew and Barbara DeGruchy; his siblings-in-law, Bobby (Debbie), Sandy Linkletter (Viola), Kathy and Debbie Linkletter (Jack); his niece Crystal (Evan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, John, Catherine, Emily, Charley and Ric; and his nephew Nathan Linkletter.

The family requests that face masks be worn by all attendees at visitation and funeral.

Donations in memory of Dennis may be made to Cathy's Place or the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Martha's Regional Hospital.
