It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delia Evelyn MacChesney (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence MacChesney (MacPherson) and Fred MacChesney; and her brother James "Jimmie" MacChesney of Afton. She is survived by: her siblings, John "Jackie" MacChesney (Joyce), Nettie Cameron (late Thomas "Tommy"), Harriet Cameron (late Allister "Allie") and Lochaber; and her nephew Brian Cameron. She is also survived by her many nieces, grand nieces, nephews and grand nephews.

Donations in memory of Delia may be made to the charities she has designated as her beneficiaries: The St. Matthew's United Church Building Fund, the St. Matthews United Church Cemetery Fund or the Salvation Army.
