She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Gillis (Macdonald) and Lauchlin Gillis; her husband John MacKenzie of Morristown; and her brothers, Wilfred Gillis and Donald Stephen Gillis.
She is survived by: her sons, John Gillis MacKenzie (Kerry) and Owen MacKenzie (Traci); and her friend Peggy Boyd.
