She was predeceased by: her parents, Murdoch Matheson and Ida Matheson (Ward); and her friend Blair (TeleCarmella'). She is survived by: her husband Barry; her children, Barry (Lisa), Sean (Carla) and Thea Campbell (Mark) of Yellowknife, NT.; and her sisters, Dolores Young, Ethel Tennant, Bernadette Dixon (Bill), Ida Winstanley (Ron), Bev Matheson and Maria Tutty (Jimmy).

Along with Barry, she was a long-time Cub and Scout leader, and she made positive contributions to many of the youth in North Sydney.
