It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Joseph MacLean (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Hughie and Cecilia (Druhan); his brothers, Bernie and Allie; and his brothers-in-law, Bob MacEachern and Leonard MacDonald.

He is survived by: his wife Toni (VandenHeuvel); his children, Anne (Paul), Allan (Tiffany) and Angelina (Colin); his grandchildren, Dylan, Camryn, Drew and Adelyn; and his siblings, Duncie MacLean, Margie MacDonald, Linda MacEachern and VandenHeuvel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish.
