Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alexander George Chisholm of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 79, on March 1, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chisholm and Christina Chisholm (Grace) of Antigonish County; his siblings, Rose Ann Wiggins and Daniel Richard (Melrose); and his brother-in-law Jack Swansburg.

He is survived by: his daughter Rosie; his wife Winnifred (Kehoe); his children, Alexander "Sandy" and Rose Ann Hartlin (Mark); his grandchildren, Jacob Hartlin and Jessi Leigh; his siblings, Jean Swansburg and John (Ann) of New Glasgow; and his brother-in-law Barry Wiggins (Ontario). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Halifax Hospice.
