With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Elizabeth Humphrey in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 16, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Kinghorn and Bertha Kinghorn; her son Donald Mason; and her siblings, Edgar Kinghorn, Marjorie Mason and Elizabeth 'Betty Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Marjorie 'Tootie Bowen, Linda Hebb (Earl), Ralph Secondcost (Mel), Wayne Secondcost (Lili), Johnny Bezoine and Andree Leveille; her foster son Donnie Bougie; her grandchildren, Leslie Mason, Roy Humphrey, Nicole Warren, Timothy Hebb, Brittney Carty and Caitlin Secondcost; and her brothers, Roy Kinghorn, Ronnie Kinghorn and Gordie Kinghorn.
Donations in memory can be made to any animal rescue organization of choice and/or the IWK Children's Hospital, Halifax.
