With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Charles Palmer (Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 6, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emily Victoria Pullen and Harry Palmer; his wife Barbara Palmer; his sister Joyce Lawrie; his daughter Julie Palmer; his brother John Palmer; his nephews, Paul, Dicky and Chris; and his niece Jill.
