We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2021, at the age of 94, Josephine Ilean Oliver (Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hamilton and Edna Hamilton (Everett); her husband Dennison "Denny"; her children, Neil Oliver and Beverly Longmire; her grandson Carman Oliver; her great grandchild Melanie Sproule; her sons-in-law, Michael Lewis and Paul Longmire; and her siblings, Gordon, Victor, Glendon (Jack), Reginald, Vera Burnie and Lillian White.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Oliver (Norma), Lillian Bohaker (Les), Parkers Cove and Linda Hudson (Bruce); her daughter-in-law Sharon Greenwood; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Longmire (Kerri MacAulay), Jeremy Longmire (Shirley Holder), Jamie Longmire, Barry Oliver (Deanna), Amy Sproule (Marc), Adam Lewis (Amanda), Karson Lewis (Valerie), Candice Hudson (Jacob Longmire), Aaron Hudson (Brenda Smith), Jason Greenwood (Amanda) and Gerry Greenwood (Janine); and her siblings, Chester Hamilton (Avis), Layton Hamilton (Joan) and Goldie Thibodeau (Louis). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
Donations in Josie's memory may be made to the Activity Department at the Annapolis Royal Nursing Home.
